I always check my listings to ensure no stone has been left unturned to make sure that your home feels welcoming in all respects.

I do a thorough “home staging” checklist before your property is listed. I explain everything I suggest we do before shifting or removing items. It is so important to make sure that there are no barriers to stop a physical connection with your home.
I usually make recommendations and generally there is no need to “hire” furniture, as I work with what is already in the home.
Often just a re-adjustment is all that is needed or maybe remove or change the position of items.
I have been in many grand homes over the years and they often have lots of WOW FACTOR…but I strive to make a home have WANT FACTOR.
